What you'll do

We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our team, supporting the Benefits Team- Americas. As a key part of our broader People Success team, this individual will interact directly with employees to provide a consistently great experience.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Manager, Benefits- Americas.

Responsibility

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of all employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), Commuter, Life Insurance, Disability, Time off and Leave of Absence
  • Organize North America Leave of Absence data to create and calculate accurate leave pay reporting for payroll
  • Respond to tier 1 benefits related inquiries regarding but not limited to benefit programs, leave of absence, enrollments and systems for North America
  • Triage and route all incoming inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Organize and submit benefits vendor invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Assist with new hire onboarding presentations
  • Assist with annual open enrollment activities, communications and system readiness
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for a various benefits processes
  • Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy between the benefits system, payroll system and carrier records
  • Continually seek opportunities to create, improve, and optimize benefits processes
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, HRBPs, IT and other internal stakeholders
Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2 years of Benefits and/or related work experience in a high growth organization

Preferred

  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and awareness of deadlines
  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS system
  • Strong Excel or other spreadsheet skills to organize, review and analyze data effectively and efficiently
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite (G Sheets, Google Docs, etc).
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a quality employee experience
  • Strong Leave of Absence administration experience, including leave reporting for payroll
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability and track record in working in a fast paced, high growth organization
  • Enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively and prioritizing multiple tasks & projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Personal credibility and a proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $28.94/hour - $40.85/hour

Illinois and Colorado: $26.39/hour - $34.29/hour

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $26.39/hour - $37.63/hour

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and .
