Front Desk Receptionist

If you have at least one year of current medical office experience, please consider becoming a part of the front office staff at our progressive podiatry practice in the Knoxville, TN area. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: answering patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and patient check-in/checkout. Having EMR and billing experience is a plus.

Job Description

• Job Type: Full-time

• Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Patient check-in and checkout, insurance verification

• Entering patient information into the EMR

• Patient phone calls, scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks

Job Requirements

• One (1) year of medical office receptionist experience

• One (1) year of customer service

• Able to commute to Knoxville, TN
