We are seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist for our Pipersville, PA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Assist with benefit administration during Open Enrollment
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Employment Verifications & Unemployment Paperwork
• Collaborate with Company’s departments to assist candidates with all on-boarding procedures, including pre-employment tests, offer letters, employment contracts, and expectations
• Assist in conducting and tracking any orientation and training requirements specific to each position

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource related field (Business, Human Resource Management, etc.)- Experience in leiu of degree acceptable
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of current recruitment best practice and strategies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• Great interpersonal skills
• Great time management skills
• Able to meet deadlines and targets
