DOC-Central Facility Account is Hiring a PM V Near Norfolk, MA

Duties:

Responsible for the supervision of institution classification, religious services, treatment services, reentry, records, volunteers, education, recreation, and library services. Directly manage the Classification process of the institution. Ensures all Classification Boards are conducted in compliance with Department and Institutional Policies. Reviews Classification Boards for quality by ensuring the information contained is both complete and correct. Responsible for supervision of incarcerated individual’s money requests. Responsible for the Orientation of sentenced incarcerated individuals. Overseas Institutional tablet committee. Conducts Audits. Responsible for the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports. Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least four years of full-time or equivalent part time experience in planning, directing, coordinating programs and counseling for incarcerated individuals confined in a state prison system. Must have thorough knowledge of the operation and security procedures of a Correctional Facility. Thorough knowledge of principles of the Criminal Justice System and Classification process.

Qualifications
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have at least (A) five (5) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, professional internship, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in business administration, business management, public administration, public management, clinical administration or clinical management or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below.
Substitutions:
I. A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
II. A Bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience.
III. A Graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for three (3) years of the required experience.
IV. A Doctorate degree in a related field may be substituted for four (4) years of the required experience.
