Overview

Our client based in Potomac, MD is seeking a part-time Household and Family Assistant to join their team. The hired candidate will assist with household organization, running errands, and driving the children to and from after school activities.

• Part-time; Monday-Friday afternoons-evenings
• Local candidates only, please.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain household tidiness – light housekeeping.
• Run errands as requested.
• Prepare simple dinners for the family.
• Drive the children to and from school and their various activities.
• Provide homework assistance and support.
• Organize and facilitate play dates as needed.
• Assist with family/household events and parties.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working for a private household.
• Willingness to embrace a dynamic and busy household.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends if requested.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to use the family car.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $30 per hour, depending on experience
