Overview

Our client in Stuart, Florida, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to manage the upkeep of multiple structures on a large property. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-standard environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at laundry, rotational cleaning, and stocking homes with essential supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cleaning, dusting, and organization across multiple structures, including primary residences, guest houses, and office spaces, adhering to a high standard of cleanliness and order.
• Manage all laundry tasks with precision, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothing, linens, and towels for both the main property and visitors as needed.
• Regularly stock all homes with necessary supplies, ensuring each home is fully equipped and prepared for any situation.
• Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule that ensures all areas of the property are serviced regularly without disruption to the household.
• Coordinate closely with other staff members and the property owner to ensure seamless operation and communication.
• Undertake special projects and additional tasks as required by the property owner.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in a high-level housekeeping role, preferably within a luxury or executive setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with other staff members.
• A commitment to discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to and embrace the needs of the household, including flexible scheduling when necessary.
• Have a team player attitude and communicate professionally and effectively with team members.
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work legally in the United States.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance.
• Must have excellent references from past employers.
• Must be able to pass an in-depth background investigation.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record-willing to use personal vehicle for work.

Compensation:

• $35-$40 per hour | depending on experience
