New exciting opportunity with an Aspen family!

A busy, young family based in Aspen, Colorado, is actively seeking a full-time, live out Estate Manager to join their team. Local Colorado-based candidates are preferred but the clients will consider someone out of the area if they are willing to relocate to Aspen or travel frequently upon request. 

The Position Entails:

• Property Management
• Household Team Management/Operations
• Administrative Support
• Safety and Security Oversight
• Vendor Management

Candidates Must Have:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role in a large private home or hospitality management - this is not negotiable!
• 3 years’ experience with the same employer in the last 5 years
• Excellent references from past employers
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
• Polished, poised and professional
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Comfortable and confident working in fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and follow through
• Proof of COVID Vaccination and Booster
• Nice to have: fluent in Spanish, event planning and personal assistance

Compensation and Benefits:

• $200,000 per year | DOE (note, the compensation package is open for the right candidate and housing assistance will be given)
• Full benefits package 
• Relocation assistance if needed
