Position Overview:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician with our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Conducting inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
• Collaborating with property management and fellow team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and safety in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures for residential systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
