DLP Capital is Hiring a Chief Operating Officer Near St. Augustine, FL

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for leading the execution of DLP Capital's strategy. This requires driving internal execution, collaboration, empowerment, and clear ownership. This leader is consistently improving processes and workflow, leveraging technology and running the organization centered around our Core Values and fully utilizing and championing the elite execution system.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • 10 years of operational senior leadership experience
  • 10 years of extensive HR leadership & oversight experience in organizations with hundreds of team members
  • 5 years of operational & administration leadership
  • Strong IT/technical background preferred
  • Experience leading operations for a multi department/business line organization of 3Billion in assets and 200 team members
  • Real estate development & management experience preferred
  • Lending experience preferred
  • RV/campground experience preferred
  • Banking experience preferred

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  • Support the CEO in achieving vision & driving execution.
  • Serve as first alert system, keeping the CEO aware of unanticipated problems to be addressed or opportunities to be considered. Gain real direct insights of issues and perspectives and provide insight and perspective to CEO.
  • Spearhead the utilization of technology & process to drive DLP’s brand promises across the lending platform including loan servicing and draw management.
  • Lead DLP capital operating financial performance, completing variance reports, holding every dollar accountable.
  • Serve as the secretary for key planning meetings with the CEO.
  • Oversee the daily activities and operations of the Human Resources and Training departments. Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to HR staff while applying and evaluating policies and procedures for the department.
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior staff as a valued and trusted resource to identify organizational and talent areas for development and recommend solutions. Supporting implementation of resulting initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an HRIS roadmap to enable the HR team to scale efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead ideation on DLP Days, internal events, and overall team member engagement.
  • Deliver hard conversations and messages on behalf of CEO.
  • Lead DLP's Quarterly Clarity Session.
  • Lead EES training and develop the 'Building an Elite Career' curriculum.
