The Treasury and Loan Servicing Analyst will process and disseminate backup for electronic fund transfers for all cash movements as well as ad-hoc payroll and reimbursement processing. This person will open new bank accounts, complete reporting for warehouse lenders and manage DLP Capital’s intercompany loans. In addition, this team member will work closely with the loan servicing accounting team, recording transactions and keeping schedules and tapes up to date.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years experience working in accounting, treasury, or loan servicing

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Open Bank Accounts
• Payment Processing - Commissions, Elite Pulls, Intercompany Loans, MISC payments
• Review wires set up by team members
• Intercompany Loans - Interest Checks, Promissory Notes, Loan Schedules, Reconciliation between platforms, Reporting for Senior Leaders
• Warehouse Reporting/Schedules - Weekly and Monthly reports sent to Warehouse Partners, Review of Interest Calcs and Disbursement of Funds
• Rental Loan Analysis - Update sheet for new loans, confirm sale details, update sheet for transactions and process wires for service transfers
• Loan Tape for Fund of Fund and Corporate loans/advances - Reconcile monthly with Fund Accounting team
• Update Bank Account sheet with known activity
• Manage Cash Sheet - Add activity and follow up for recordings
• Verbally verify wiring instructions for incoming wires from title companies and investors
• Create a tracker to review the Extension Pipeline vs production for revenue monitoring and forecasting
• Review of loan documents, confirmation of wire instructions and wire set up for new loan fundings
• Process payment collection, record bounce backs, draw wire setup, loan statement generation, and extension processing for in-service loans
• Maintain loan tapes and offline loan schedules
• Track all legal invoices on a schedule and pass through for processing payment and reimbursement by the lender
