Job Overview Job Description:Overall Purpose: Responsible for managing and leading complex both internal and external communications focusedon our culture and return to office policies.This job reports into the Corporate Communications business unit.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and execute tactical internal communications and Public Relations (PR) plans.This position will drive PR narratives, content, and storylines that will be delivered by leaders and through key communications channels. The work will reflect our company's priorities, values and positions. Responsibilities include writing and overseeing publication articles, news releases, social media content. Coordinate corporate public/community relations programs. Create messaging for senior executives and provide counsel on employee communications, media interviews and speeches. Act as company spokesperson to media representatives.May be responsible for providing communications and messaging for trade shows and other events. Must maintain a high-level understanding of industry trends affecting the company and make appropriate communications recommendations. Expected to lead cross-functional teams across business units to build effective PR plans. Requires thorough knowledge of company products and company functions. As directed, manage special projects.Education:Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
