Job Description: As a Technical Support Specialist at DK's Enterprises, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and solutions to our valued clients. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Providing technical assistance to clients both on-site and in-house, resolving a variety of issues ranging from password resets to workstation migrations.
  • Participating in shadowing and continuous learning activities to familiarize yourself with our internal systems and client environments.
  • Engaging in an on-call rotation to address urgent client needs outside of regular business hours.
  • Collaborating closely with our service desk team to efficiently prioritize and resolve support tickets.
  • Building strong client relationships through clear communication and empathetic support.
Qualifications: We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience supporting Windows and Apple environments.
  • Extensive Knowledge/Experience in PC support, including hardware upgrades and command line operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple systems, including OS upgrades and iOS support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools is advantageous.
