We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals for our roofing services. You will utilize your strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and sales expertise to build lasting relationships with customers and drive revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their roofing needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of roofing products and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
  • Estimation and Quoting: Assess customers' roofing requirements, provide accurate estimates, and generate quotes for roofing projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and payment schedules to secure profitable deals while meeting customer needs and company objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, contractors, and estimators to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
  • Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure referrals for future business opportunities.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities, promoting a positive brand image and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in roofing sales or a related field, with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
  • Strong understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Rotating weekends

Travel requirement:
