Job Description

Job Description

This position is responsible for the development of and maintaining relationships between FASCOR and its clients and prospects with a focus on revenue growth.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing opportunities for FASCOR software products and services. Following are the key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an appropriate strategic and tactical account plan and roadmap for assigned accounts/prospects.
  • Analyze & understand the key needs of potential clients and assist in quantifying the potential ROI for the client.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of key account management processes.
  • Identify new potential areas of development and sales opportunities within prospects and accounts.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports on activity and results.
  • Work closely with FASCOR’s Professional Service team and Customer Support Team to transition newly closed deals to an implementation team.
  • Identify opportunities within existing clients for additional sales and revenue.
  • Understand and articulate the Value proposition of FASCOR products and services
  • Understand the market and competitor offerings and positioning and be able to differentiate FASCOR products/services from them.
  • Help ensure customer referenceability.
  • Manage contract negotiation and closure.
  • Identify, build and develop relationships with potential partners. This includes managing indirect sales activity.
  • Follow sales methodology and processes as they may be provided by FASCOR / your direct manager.
  • Support FASCOR Services teams in customer management.

We are looking for:

  • Sales Account Management experience or project management experience, with other Supply Chain solutions providers or consulting services organizations. Direct experience with warehouse and transportation management software will be given priority consideration.
    Note: This is a critical requirement. Only applicants with direct experience in the supply chain market will be given serious and priority consideration at this time.
  • Possess strong client relationship development and management skills
  • Candidates should have demonstratable experience managing the sales life cycle and or have direct involvement with managing challenging projects involving supply chain software
  • Candidates must be goal & results-oriented and able to work with set time frames
  • Capable of dealing with a range of work-levels within prospects including operations and executive level
  • Candidates must have an attention to detail, strong presentation and communication skills, and work well individually and in a team environment
  • Candidates should have general skills with Microsoft Office so to be generally self-sufficient
  • Experience using a CRM package
  • Good writing/speaking/reading skills
  • A degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or related product/service specialty
