Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will join a team that develops, leads, and inspires a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

• Assist with daily inventory of serialized items as requested
• Assist with weekly inventory of all accessories as requested
• Assist with monthly inventory of entire store
• Provide stellar customer service while executing sales and promotional plans.
• Manage store cleanliness according to CDC guidelines.
• Review and validate timecard every pay period.
• Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
• Complete Opus and RQ training as directed.
• Stay updated on all AT&T promotions and changes via AT&T app.
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

Education/Experience:

• Experience in retail or wireless retail sales preferred, not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence in ability to use computers, wireless equipment, and new technology.
• Be a supportive and collaborative team member.

Language Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, not required

Mathematical Skills:

• Strong mathematical skills preferred.
