Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound debt collection calls to consumers and take incoming calls with a professional, friendly and respectful attitude.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Request payment in full or make payment arrangements
• Take payments over the phone by various different options

What we offer to new employees

• Guaranteed hourly wages start at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience - plus commission. Hourly wages added to commission and performance bonuses $18.00 to $20.00 an hour.

Child Daycare Stipend

• DCS will provide up to a $150.00 monthly child daycare stipend to qualifying employees
