About Us: Diversified Construction Group is a leading provider of commercial roofing solutions. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As a Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. You will work closely with clients to assess their roofing needs and recommend the best solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through networking and cold calling.
  • Coordinating site inspections and provide clients with roofing repair and replacement proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of employability in the United States.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure. High performers have the potential to earn a significant income.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
