Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience 5 years in project management, preferably within the chemicals or cleaning solutions industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex innovation projects from concept to commercialization. Strong understanding of product development processes, including formulation, testing, and scale-up. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a nurturing approach to building relationships and fostering teamwork. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable strategies and decisions. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the chemicals or cleaning solutions industry is a plus.
