What you'll be doing:

The Project Manager is member of the Professional Services team. This role will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion including ensuring technical capability and coordinating interdepartmental activities, so the product or project is completed to customer specifications in the most efficient way.

·Provide a level of strategic and advisory consult to the customer, driving the business outcome

·Ensure quality service and operational performance

·Focus the customer and cross-functional teams on working together to achieve the end state solution, driving the business outcome and vision while advising the customer on risks, trends and opportunities

·Effectively allocate and manages costs and investments for technology and resources, across the program

·Inform, manage, report and practice mitigation/avoidance/acceptance of dependency and impact management via a consistent program approach and communications

  • Be responsible for assisting with problem identification and problem resolution.
  • Interact with both technical and non-technical personnel and must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams while managing issues, risks, and action items
  • Assist with resource and event tracking, as well as provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
  • Participate in all aspects of project documentation, measure against defined success criteria, and support project handoffs across multiple workstreams.
  • Use appropriate tools and techniques to gauge progress, and effectively track RAID items (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Identify and quantify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate across workstreams outside of direct team in order achieve objectives and complete deliverables.

What you'll need:

·Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

·5 years of project manager experience, preferably in a technology environment Proficient in using a computer, specifically Windows software and Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

·Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels of an organization

·Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing

·Ability to manage daily workflow with limited supervision as required to meet departmental and customer requirements

·Experience in managing projects in an ERP system

Nice to have:

·Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience utilizing ConnectWise
