Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales and Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivator and have experience with working with both inside/outside sales team and inside/outside operations team.

Duties:

- Collaborate with management to increase the company's number of clients
- Focus on revenue growth by adding new clients and expanding on current clients and their services
- Work with subcontractors to provide all necessary services to our clients
- Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Contribute to business intelligence initiatives by generating reports and providing insights

Requirements:

- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
- Experience in sales and operations (no experience in the waste management industry is ok)
- Knowledge of all Microsoft programs especially outlook, excel, access, word, etc
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Excellent data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights

- Experience in working in a team-oriented setting

- Effective in working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
