Skill : Windows admin with SCCM intune
•Intune Deployment: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and compliance policies.
•Device Management: Enroll and manage mobile devices, laptops, and desktops, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
•Security: Implement security best practices, including patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.
•Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune deployments.
•Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations.
•Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
•Building and supporting Microsoft Intune / Auto-pilot, Citrix cloud infrastructure.
•Migration of users and applications from SCCM/Co-Managed to Intune / Auto-pilot
•Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune / Auto-pilot.
•ble to maintain and manage the security and product updates of software across all end user devices in conjunction with our 3rd party partners.
•ny relevant Microsoft certifications as well as any hands-on network or hardware support is also highly advantageous
•Experience of automation using PowerShell scripts.
•Experience of packaging applications for Intune and managing store apps.
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Good analytical and presentation skills
•Must have good interpersonal and leadership skills
•Willingness to learn and grow and ability to work under pressure
•Flexible and adaptable
