Job Description
Develop and maintain program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
•Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
•Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and solicit feedback.
•Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
•Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
