Position: LVN - CASE MANAGER
Facility: Riverside Medical Clinic
Location: Riverside, CA
Pay range: $40/hr to $44/hr
Hours: Days 5*8 hour (08:30 to 17:30)

Assignment Duration: 24 weeks

"Must have experience in authorizations and referrals and case management more so than clinical"

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited

LVN Program. A.A., Diploma preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Current California LVN license.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
