Title: Field Service Technician / Desktop Support

Location: Bedford, MA

Duration: 5 Months (Contract to hire)

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should have minimum 1 year of IT service experience.

They will be setting up laptops, installing software, updating hardware BIOS, configuring Windows or Mac for the specific user and testing. This is a customer facing position.

They will also be working with user to copy data, configure Outlook email and setup laptop as user needs.

Having experience with Windows 11 and MAC OS is a plus.

They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
