Director of Quality Control - CPA Firm

You'll be leading and developing a quality control department for a mid sized CPA firm in Ocean New Jersey. You'll be trusted to perform quality control reviews for the audit and review practice of the firm and handle peer review process and any PCAOB inspections.

You'll be joining a CPA firm that has a family feel culture, with the managing partner ensuring that employees put their personal life before work, so employee satisfaction is always high.

You will also be monitoring CPA for the entire firm and develop training for the firm. Your also going to be charge of annual registrations with the AICPA, PCAOB, NJCPA renewals and update quality control manuals for the firm.

You also get to experience a variety of industries which will keep things exciting and challenging, including broker dealers, SEC filers, manufacturers, real estate & hedge funds.

Public accounting experience and quality control experience required with a knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and quality control standards. You'll be operating on a hybrid schedule in Ocean NJ. CPA license required.
