This regional firm in the heart of Chicagoland is seeking a talented individual to join their Real Estate team, which is experiencing impressive growth both locally and nationally. With just 17 staff in Chicago, this role offers significant potential for advancement, all the way to Partner track.

Even if your background isn't 100% in Real Estate, if you have a good proportion of experience in this area or are looking to specialize in Real Estate, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working with Private Equity and large developer clients, you'll have the chance to travel across Illinois once or twice a year. You'll also enjoy a flexible and hybrid work environment that provides opportunities for face-to-face interactions at the office, without requiring a rigid 9-5, three-day schedule.
