This role will have the opportunity to be part of a team that manages both broad-based and executive compensation for a dynamic business focused on creating compelling, cutting-edge television content.
The Analyst provides compensation guidance to assigned internal clients and collaborates with HR partners in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support the company’s business strategy. The role will require strong client management skills and collaboration with multiple HR teams.
