What you'll get to do:
    • Create detailed plans and specifications for electrical systems and equipment
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, one-line diagrams, and construction documents
    • Formulate the project scope by defining the objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources required
    • Estimate the project by assessing the material, labor, and other resource costs associated with it
    • Perform a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment
    • Consult with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential projects
    • Ensure compliance with specifications, codes and ordinances, or customer requirements
What will make you successful:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an electrical engineer required with a focus on electrical power, lighting, and communications system design for building commercial, institutional, and industrial projects
    • Excellent planning and people skills with the ability to manage time in a dynamic environment
    • Understanding of electrical engineering safety standards
    • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Visual Lighting Software
