Fabletics is looking for a Sr. Manager, Retail Operations- Inventory
Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Retail Operations- Inventory is responsible for managing the inventory for retail storefronts, developing and maintaining best practices that support the organization's overall strategic goals.
This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory operations and partnering with other team members across the organization to ensure that the inventory operations function is aligned with business needs.
This position will report to the Senior Director, Retail Operations
What You Will Do:

• Executing the onboarding of our new RFID inventory processes, including training and rollout to the field.
• Manage project activities including project planning, scope/definition, risk analysis, resource management, progress and status reporting, meeting facilitation, communication, issue resolution, scheduling and budget tracking.
• Effectively execute the tasks associated with assigned projects: facilitating alignment of cross-functional areas, surfacing, and resolving issues, assessing risks, conducting follow-up, coordinating communication, and maintaining project documentation
• Provide analytical support, communication of project objective and execution required for potential growth opportunities.
• Influence decision making across multiple leadership levels to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of projects Operate within a team/matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes. Interact effectively with all levels of internal and external organizations, suppliers, and customers.
• Lead presentation development to gain required approval from senior leaders throughout a given project.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects/enhancements that drive speed and efficiency.
• Provide best practices and standards for project execution and project success criteria.
• Maintains a central repository of tools and templates to assist teams.
• Document equipment, set up and/or process details for the Omni Channel experience in stores.
• Provide technical support for Omni Channel technology.
• Testing Omni Channel software to ensure proper functioning.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of project management
• 3-5 years specialty retail and/ or store operations experience preferred.
• RFID Experience (Roll out, management preferred)

Not required but nice to have:

• Self-starter with initiative to action strategic vision of team and leadership goals for merchandise flow and final mile delivery solutions.
• Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong time management skills to adapt successfully to changing priorities and react quickly to needs in workload.
• Possesses working knowledge and experience with technology and system applications.
• Ability to take projects and processes, break them down into clear and simple flow charts, calendars and communication.
• Mac & MS Office proficiency
• Ability to travel 15-20 days a quarter on average, pending project scope.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $105,300-$140,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
