Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Program Manager supporting the Security Directorate of the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff Support contract.
Salary Range
Full salary range for this position is $197,000 to $215,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- The Program Manager is responsible for assisting government Director of Security, Deputy, and subordinate Security Managers execute SSC’s security mission across the command to include GSUs.
- Tasks include, but are not limited to, responding to internal and higher headquarters tasking in the creation and submission of acquisition documents, e.g., program protection plans, organizational change management, organizational strategic plans, facility and resource management, and other special tasks provided by the leadership.
- May also be required to provide strategic messaging and assist in advocating for organizational change recommendations.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
US citizen with an active secret security clearance is required.
Ten plus (10 ) years of experience.
MA/MS degree.
- Twelve (12) years' work experience may be subsituted for master's degree
- Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
