Credence Management Solutions is Hiring a Space Force Program Manager Near El Segundo, CA

Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Manager (Site Lead) in support of the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff.

The contract provides administrative and financial support including, but not limited to: Acquisitions of Advisory & Assistance Services AC (Atlas) ESD (Enterprise Sourcing Division); Director of Staff (SSC/DS); DSY; Warfighter Integration; Commercial, Space, Marketplace for Innovation and Collaboration Space (COSMIC); Inspector General (IG); International Affairs; and any other Command Staff Support that is necessary.

This position is based on site at Los Angeles, Space Force Base CA.

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Provide expert level strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff that support a broad range of acquisition, financial, and administrative capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition activities.
  • Utilizes expertise to provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.Experience
  • Lead team to respond to internal and higher headquarters tasking in the creation and submission of acquisition documents, e.g., program protection plans, organizational change management, organizational strategic plans, facility and resource management, and other special tasks provided by the leadership. 

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Secret security clearance or higher is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of program leadership experience with higher government headquarters, Air Force and Space Force, processes, and procedures as it relates to their functional responsibility.
  • Prior experience working on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a DoD governmental program performing all functional duties independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interface with senior-ranking military/government leadership.
  • Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
