Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead at
Discount Bins in Fayetteville. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading our team to success.

Responsibilities:

● Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience for our customers.

● Supervise and support team members, including training, coaching, and providing feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.

● Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
● Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
● Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets, minimize shrinkage, and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

● Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.

● Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
● Knowledge of discount retail operations and/or experience working in a similar environment is a plus.
