This critical role provides commercial finance support, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the Americas Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) line of business with Honeywell Process Solutions ($530M). This Senior Finance Analyst position involves frequent interaction and coordination with various business partners & stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions including leading and contributing to multiple improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional business to enable topline growth and margin expansion through financial analysis and practical counsel.
• Have a COO mindset and act as a financial advisor to business teams to meet quarterly financial commitments.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan and formal financial forecasts.
• Support month end close, interpreting results, perform variance analysis against monthly, quarterly and yearly plan/forecast.
• Present monthly financial results to regional business teams
• Assist in developing and enhancing new and existing processes used in financial modeling.
• Positively impact cash by identifying opportunities to managing inventory effectively
• Perform ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs.

Provide training aimed at improving financial acumen within the business.
Hybrid schedule available with 3 days onsite & 2 days remote

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 year experience in Finance or Accounting (FP&A, Commercial Finance, ISC, Business Analysis)
