Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement and monitor property management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for each property, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Analyze financial statements, variances, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, develop, and motivate a team of property managers and support staff
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
• Must currently be a Multifamily Regional Manager with at least 2 years’ experience at least 4 properties totaling at least 1,000 units
• Onesite, onsite bill paying, and CRM experience required
• Ability to travel when needed for meetings, due diligence, ect.
• Extensive experience marketing in the community.
• Position requires constant onsite visits to perform inspections.
