Group/Division

The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The SensArray/VLSI division actively looks for new ways to tailor our products and services to customers.
This role will work with SensArray Product Marketing to:

  • Own market research and closely collaborate with SensArray Marketing and Applications teams to monitor and identify opportunities in the marketplace
  • Develop specific marketing requirements for SensArray products and product families to increase penetration of new products and adoption of existing products
  • Identify and generate a new product excellence strategy for VLSI, which includes defining new products and improvements to existing products based on market need
  • Support global SensArray/VLSI team in conceptualizing and implementing new revenue generation strategies
  • Produce highly targeted collateral that quantifies the value of SensArray/VLSI products to our customers, based on specific use cases and applications

Minimum Qualifications

Working towards Bachelors/Masters in Semi. Eng., Eng., or related field

0 years of relevant work experience in a multi-disciplinary technology product team. Prior technical product marketing or application engineering internship experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications from studies or work experience:

  • Semiconductor cleanroom/fab process knowledge
  • Technical business operations skills that enable development of models which can help to forecast product demand with limited datasets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective technical presentations under pressure
  • Ability to see multiple perspectives, and understand the business case for making decisions
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Desire to thrive in a team environment where input will be received from multiple stakeholders
  • Hardworking and adaptable, with ability & desire to work in a team environment
  • Growth mindset, have the desire to continually learn and refine skills
