Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Attorney to join a Top Firm in its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts, possessing excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Candidates with experience handling multi-district litigation are encouraged to apply. This position is open to all U.S. offices, with a preference for attorneys based or barred in Arkansas. This is a non-partnership track position. Applications must include a resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Proficiency in managing a case docket and appearing in court.
• Preference for candidates with experience handling multi-district litigation.
• Licensed in Arkansas

Work Environment: Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate). Some travel required.

Pay Transparency: In accordance with California, New York, and Washington's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York, or Washington is $235,000-$275,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent upon various factors.
