We are seeking to add an associate attorney to our Austin office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of litigation experience. The position will involve the following practice areas: property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law and construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance, collections and bankruptcy, and drafting and revising contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents.
