Customer Service Representative
Nutri-Spec, a Nutrition Supplement company, is looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented person to perform the following duties. Must be eager to learn nutrition concepts and product information, and must possess the capacity to multitask, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills. This is a full - or part-time position, 9am to 5pm, with the minimum of 3 days weekly.
Duties include:
- Use Quick Books to manage orders and inventory. (Quick Books training provided)
- Type documents from dictation.
- Take and process orders, prepare correspondence and answer customer inquiries to
ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers and team, through open and
interactive communication.
- Help with stocking of inventory. (Lifting up to 50 pounds.)
