DiPasquale Moore is Hiring an IT Systems Administrator Near Kansas, MO
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years related experience
- Technical school or technical courses in computer repair (preferred, but not required)
- Technical expertise in desktops, workstations, laptops, and other IT peripheral devices required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Proficient software administration skills including CRM, IP Phone, and various cloud-based applications
- Assist with installation, repair and replacement of computer and computer-related hardware.
- Assist with troubleshooting and installation of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other standard software packages.
- Management of escalation, emergency, and customer support IT related issues, including identifying hardware and software issues and assist in facilitating resolution.
- Configuring, updating, maintaining, and operating hardware and software
- Collaborate with HR for staff onboarding and termination.
- Participating in the administration of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, mobile devices, software deployment, security updates, and patches
- Ensure accurate inventory of devices and their assignment to users
- System administrator for various core applications
- System administrator for IP phone system – Ring Central
- System administrator for access control system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills
- This position requires a self-starter with proactive initiative, excellent follow through on tasks, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to clearly communicate to all levels of employees and management
- Consistently deliver results with a sense of urgency
- Maintain and manage highly sensitive information
- Outstanding time management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Process driven, with the ability to understand the big picture and impact that decisions made have on the big picture.
