DiPasquale Construction Inc. is Hiring an Assistant Project Manager Near Buffalo, NY

We are an expanding general contracting firm specializing in the construction of institutional and commercial/retail structures across Upstate New York. We are currently in search of highly qualified candidates to complement our growing team. Specifically, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is self-driven and exceptionally organized to enhance our already successful team. The core responsibility of this role is to efficiently assist in managing project-related tasks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in strict adherence to our company's policies. This encompasses tasks such as submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change order requests (CORs), project schedules, and overall customer satisfaction. Report to the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.

Qualifications Include:

  • Desirable experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Desirable experience in public works projects.
  • Essential experience in managing RFIs, submittals, and project document management.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
  • Proficient in developing change order logs and assisting with the change order process.
  • Knowledgeable about construction methods.
  • Effective and professional communication skills for frequent interactions with stake holders, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Strong proficiency in Office suite programs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Procore is advantageous.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness and capability to travel to project sites.
