Diocese of Camden is Hiring a PT Office Worker Near Camden, NJ
- Answer telephones, speak with parishioners, respond to requests, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, fill out forms.
- Must have basic knowledge of how to operate office equipment such as computer, fax machine, copier, phone system.
- Should possess basic graphic design skills to input/update weekly information in the parish bulletin and website in an attractive, orderly and timely manner
- Must be proficient in the following Microsoft Office software: Word, Publisher, Excel. Must be willing to learn additional software as needed (i.e., Parish Soft)
- Should possess excellent communication, interersonal and multitasking skills.
- Must pay attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Should be familiar with the beliefs and practices of the Catholic Faith.
- Must be honest and trustworthy. A background check will be conducted.
- A pleasant and happy work environment is provided.
