Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine and specify supporting commercial network hardware and software USCAAF
• Develop and maintain network systems in accordance with automated information resources management (AIRM) plans; OSD standards-based architecture, and Federal IRM regulations and directives
• Install, setup, configure, and maintain concentrators, routers, bridges, gateways, communication servers, and other network devices
• Support critical Court systems (For the Record (FTR) Touch digital audio recording system, FTR Player, C-Track
• Some cyber background (vulnerability scan, updating ATO documentation, understands RMF
• Assist the Government, as needed, in determining and installing various communications packages offered by hardware manufacturers and network operating system developers, where necessary, to configure and operate in various communication and emulation modes.
• Take broadly defined requirements and translated them into the computer system network specifications required for computer communications Team player!!!
• Provide mobile support for the judges and staff members using laptops, and IPhones (or similar items).
• Support possible future plans, which may include wireless Internet and mail connectivity.
• Support telephone system.
• Support folders on the LAN for archiving opinions and other files.
• Constantly monitor all communications systems
• Provide remote access services (RAS) to the USCAAF’s LAN by a legacy virtual private network (VPN) connection
• Design systems to support the full range of options for several simultaneous interactive users
• Employ optimal human-machine interface techniques with IT equipment to achieve maximum efficiencies.
• To provide a set of services via Cloud Service Provider (CSP) that provides USCAAF a mechanism to conduct continuous development, testing, staging and deploying into production
• Support customer webpages

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

• Must have Secret Clearance
• Must have Network Administration experience, specifically with CISCO switches)
• Must have Server Administration experience, specifically with Dell Servers
• Experience with Cloud Migration and support using DevSecOps
