Job Summary:

NOVA-Dine is seeking an experienced and highly motivated DRSN Technician (Defense Red Switch Network) to join our team. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance support for a complex DRSN System at Fort Meade, MD.
• Run daily operational checks on the DRSN system and report any operational issues within an hour of discovery
• Outage reports 
• Responsible for the repair, replacement, installation and maintenance of outdated or broken equipment
• Perform operation and maintenance of all common computing security standards (CCSS) hardware and software
• Part of the team in charge of the onsite maintenance at DISA Headquarters facility on all equipment connected to the switch and switch extension device up to the demarcation point
• Responsible for the performance of preventativce maintenance via Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI)
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance. 
• Understanding of DRSN systems, network protocols, and peripheral equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• DRSN training in Ft. Huachuca, AZ is a bonus
