Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Location: Corporate Office - Arcadia, California, Hybrid 2-days in-office

About the Role:
The Corporate Accounts Payable Assistants are the collaborators whose main responsibilities are focused on helping the team with Accounts-related tasks.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Paying vendors on time by monitoring credits, verifying signature on invoices and scheduling and preparing checks.
• Maintaining and posting account transactions.
• Monitoring deadlines of all payments.
• Recording and keeping all invoices in accounting systems.
• Revolving issues with vendors when needed, for example, payment discrepancies, credit errors and creating and canceling accounts.
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Accounts Payable functions and duties

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred but not required
• Able to produce and work the following software: Excel, Word
• Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
• Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
• Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies and procedures
• Proper dress policy at all times
• Positive and Professional Attitude
