Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at Dimi's Greek House. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:

- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Train new employees on service standards and procedures
- Oversee shift management, including labor
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant management
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
