We are looking for a dynamic leader and salesperson to oversee Chanel, Dior, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Guerlain and La Mer business at Dillard's Kenwood.

In this role you will be responsible for making sales plan (individual and team), training staff and motivating others. Must have a positive outlook, the ability to problem solve, and be able to handle multiple events simultaneously.

YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE APPROACHING STRANGERS AND SELLING. Do not apply for this role if you do not like to talk, interact, or apply makeup to people you may or may not know.

Retail/cosmetic/sales management experience preferred but not required.

Pay for this position will be in the range of $20-$30/hr with additional compensation in the form of bonuses/commissions possible but not guaranteed. All sales goals must be attained in order to earn bonuses/commissions.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
