Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for fashion, and a love for helping others.
Duties:
- Drive business by creating loyal customer relationships and using our clientele system
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for process improvement
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and business development
- Demonstrated ability in profit loss analysis and implementing effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
- Ability to supervise, manage, and mentor sales team members
