Alteration Associate

Dillard's is looking for a positive, self-motivated Alteration Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Has experience in a commercial/industrial alteration environment.
• Has a working knowledge of all alteration shop functions including RTW and Tailored alterations, pressing and the proper usage of all shop equipment (straight stitch, blindstitch, serger, button machine, steam press/boiler, iron).
• Has excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Quality minded with timeliness.

Required Skills:

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in tailored alterations.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication, organizational, customer service skills.
• Quality with Timeliness.
