Position Overview

The Renewals Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing Diligent's global renewals process. This role involves meticulous review of each upcoming renewal to guarantee adherence to established processes, encompassing customer outreach, invoicing preparation, and collaboration with internal teams in case of negotiation requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong customer-centric focus. Reporting directly to the Renewals Team Lead, this position holds significant influence over Diligent's revenue recognition and Accounts Receivable procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Action operations of price increase process 
• Review upcoming renewals to ensure alignment of system to customer contract 
• Outreach to customers in line with global process 
• Partner with the commercial org regarding any renewal time changes 
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all Diligent products and services 
• Customer-centric mindset to be able to assist the customer with any queries 

Required Experience/Skills: 

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and demanding global environment. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) 
• Superior organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
