Job Details
DTS is looking for Project Manager (HCM) for our direct client position in Detroit, MI.
The Project Manager is responsible for business process development, project management and implementation of new business applications. This department manages the support and maintenance for the enterprise resource planning systems for Human Resources and finance management, as well as supporting SharePoint.
As a significant member of the Business Solutions team, the Project Manager -HCM will manage and communicate the design, building, and testing, and migration to production for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 modification of existing functionality, and development of new functionality. The Project Manager -HCM will be responsible for the implementation of software solutions based on business requirements, enterprise standards, and defined design principles.
Experience:
- More than three (3) years of functional experience with ERP systems.
- More than one (1) years of functional experience implementing/upgrading PeopleSoft North American Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation
- Ability to think conceptually using strong analytical skills, ability to successfully distill complex technical information into clear business language, and to identify and implement solutions to address complex business problems
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects against established milestones and deliverables
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Expertise and experience working with PeopleSoft ERP modules is a plmust.
